Delivery
Orders will be shipped AFTER YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT (by card or bank transfer based on proforma invoice) in which transport and VAT (if applicable) are included. Then, orders are processed and expedited next day. Standard delivery time for stock items is 1-3 days, for non-stock items 4 weeks (based on payment and/or any agreement of both sides).
Ehshop usually uses DHL as the primary delivery service provider. For express delivery we use UPS Express service.
Delivery will be carried out to the specified delivery address. DHL will make one attempt to deliver the goods to the specified delivery address (weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM). In the case delivery at the given delivery address is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the nearest distribution center for collection by the customer.
The Ehshop ships to all European countries and overseas. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, but usually 1-3 days within Europe, 2-5 days for overseas delivery.
Registration and Personal data
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Ehshop, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Ehshop collect your personal information because it helps us deliver a superior level of customer service. It enables us to give you convenient access to the products we distribute, services and focus on categories of greatest interest to you. Your personal information helps us keep you posted on the latest product announcements, special offers, and events that you might like to hear about. E&H services, provider of the internet shop http://ehshop.ehss.eu/, declares that all personal information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. No personal information is released to any third parties.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return items, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the items. The product must not have been used. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity. Returns and exchanges must be made through Ehshop. Return costs of delivery are paid by customer.
VAT
A value-added tax (VAT) is a form of consumption tax. From the perspective of the buyer, it is a tax on the purchase price. From that of the seller, it is a tax only on the value added to a product, material, or service, from an accounting point of view, by this stage of its manufacture or distribution. The manufacturer remits to the government the difference between these two amounts, and retains the rest for themselves to offset the taxes they had previously paid on the inputs.
The purpose of VAT is to generate tax revenues to the government similar to the corporate income tax or the personal income tax.
Rental conditions
The rent is ruled by valid price lists and tariffs and is quoted on Ehshop website and is paid in advance. Renter is obliged to pay the rent including all connected charges to Ehshop duly and on time. The minimum duration of a rental contract is 30 days which can be extended: for the next 30 days the price of rent will be reduced to 80% of the rent price for the first 30 days, which is mentioned in Ehshop. In the case of a further extension, we will discussed the price with clients individually. Do not forget contact us in advance, otherwise you have to pay undermentioned fee.
Renter agrees to pay the rent and all connected charges including shipping, any damage or lost of the items within his/her responsibility.
In the case of delayed payment/return E&H services, Inc. is right to charge Renter 15% of the invoiced amount for each day of the delay.
